Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using this gift card, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Purchase & Activation

• Gift cards are available for purchase at participating Aisha’s Salon & Spa locations only.

• Gift cards may not be used on the same day of purchase unless explicitly permitted.

• All gift card purchases are final, non-refundable, and cannot be canceled for any reason.

2. Expiration & Forfeiture

• This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Expiration dates are strictly enforced and will not be extended under any circumstances.

• Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited in full.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Valid for services only.

• Not valid toward products, gratuity, tips, retail items, memberships, packages, or any non-service transactions.

• Cannot be applied toward previous purchases or outstanding balances.

• Gift cards must be presented at time of service.

4. Location Limitation (Strict Enforcement)

• This gift card is only valid at the original purchase location.

• It cannot be transferred, redeemed, or honored at any other Aisha’s Salon & Spa location, including franchise or non-participating locations.

• No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

5. Non-Transferability & Cash Value

• Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other gift cards.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be resold.

• Any attempt to transfer or resell may result in voiding of the card.

6. Loss, Theft, or Damage

• Aisha’s Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

• Gift cards will not be replaced or reissued under any circumstances.

• Treat this gift card like cash.

7. Promotions & Discounts

• Gift cards cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, memberships, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

• Standard pricing will apply to all services redeemed with this gift card.

8. Service Policies

• All services remain subject to standard salon policies, including scheduling and availability.

• Services are provided for women only, in accordance with company policy.

9. Fraud & Misuse

• Any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation of the gift card without refund.

• Management reserves the right to refuse redemption if misuse is suspected.

10. Rights Reserved

• Aisha’s Salon & Spa reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Additional restrictions may apply at management’s discretion.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Use of this gift card constitutes full acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
